When Ana and Ethan postponed their wedding from October 2020 to July 2021 they didn’t just move the date, they also reimagined the entire design and celebration. Although postponing was a difficult decision and process they took it in stride and with the help of an incredible vendor team pulled off one of my favorite celebrations of the 2021 season.

I remember talking to Ana on her initial consult call (which seems so long ago!) about how the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club was her dream venue after growing up on the Eastern Shore. Sure enough, CBBC showed up to the occasion and was the ideal backdrop for a wedding design that combined so many of Ana’s favorite things about the Eastern Shore:

A fresh color palette, artful paper goods, stylish wedding party, and a sublime beach-front view of the Bay.
